Information Brief 2: Understanding the Climate Relocation of Communities Trust Fund and how you can contribute

The information brief targets potential contributors and focuses on how the Trust Fund will serve at-risk communities and the policy and supporting frameworks on Planned Relocation. The brief provides an overview on the governance structures that will ensure accountability and transparency, as required in the FMPG and the SOP.

The brief includes case studies on communities that have relocated and, on an at-risk community, to provide context to the purpose of the Climate Relocation of Communities (CROC) Trust Fund and to emphasize its importance in responding to the needs of communities facing displacement as a result of increasing climate related risks.
